Our Administrator:

Tim Watson, Executive Director

Tim Watson began his career in Assisted Living Administration with MJ Senior Housing in Fremont, Nebraska.  He served as the Executive Director for Providence Place, a memory care assisted living community.  He received extensive training in memory care, business management, leadership, and sales.  He also consulted for MJ Senior Housing as a trained Memory and Music facilitator.  Memory and Music is a program that enhances the quality of life of memory care residents in communities throughout the country.

Tim currently serves as the Executive Director for New Dawn Memory Care in Aurora, CO.  Tim and his leadership team have a passion for long term memory care and helping our aging residents to live their highest quality of life.  Prior to his work in senior living, Tim earned his BA in Music Education from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa and his Masters in Music from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota.  After graduation, he worked as a choral director and education administrator.  The last 14 years of his teaching career, Tim was the Director of Choral Activities for Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa.   Tim is married to Kim Watson and has three sons. His two oldest sons live and work in Denver and his youngest son is a student at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
